Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At The Bridal Beauty Bar, we believe every beauty experience should be exceptional, seamless, and professionally delivered.

Our beauty professionals reserve dedicated time, prepare for your services, and coordinate their schedules to provide the experience you deserve. To respect the time and commitments of our clients and beauty professionals, the following policies apply to all appointments booked through The Bridal Beauty Bar.

Booking & Payments

A 30% nonrefundable booking retainer is required to reserve your appointment. This retainer is applied toward your total service cost.

• Bridal trials and individual appointments: Remaining balances are due 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Wedding-day and bridal party bookings: Remaining balances are due 7 calendar days before the scheduled event.
• Last-minute bookings: Appointments made within the applicable payment deadline require full payment at booking.

All payments must be made directly through The Bridal Beauty Bar's authorized booking and payment system.

Your appointment is confirmed once your required payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, cancellations affect reserved appointment times and our beauty professionals' availability.

Our cancellation schedule is as follows:

14 or more days before appointment	Refund of payments made beyond the 30% retainer
7–13 days before appointment	50% refund of payments made beyond the retainer
Less than 7 days before appointment	No refund
Same-day cancellation or no-show	No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hellobridalbeautybar@gmail.com or through our official booking platform.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund exceptions apply where required by law or when we cannot provide the contracted services.

Rescheduling Appointments

Need to change your appointment? We will do our best to accommodate you.

• 7 or more days' notice: One complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.
• 3–6 days' notice: A $50 rescheduling fee applies.
• Less than 72 hours' notice: The request is treated as a cancellation unless an exception is approved.

Your new appointment date must be confirmed within 15 business days of your original appointment date.

Previously paid retainers may be transferred to one approved rescheduled appointment. Additional changes may require a new retainer.

All rescheduling requests are subject to professional availability.

Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

We want you to enjoy your full beauty experience, so please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service.

• Arrivals up to 10 minutes late may be accommodated.
• Arrivals 11–15 minutes late may receive a shortened service without a price adjustment.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation if the service cannot reasonably be completed.
• Arrivals 30 minutes late or more may be considered a no-show.

Appointments missed or canceled due to excessive lateness are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Wedding-Day & Bridal Party Bookings

Wedding-day services require additional preparation and coordination.

To ensure a smooth experience:

• Your final number of services must be confirmed at least 14 days before your wedding or event.
• Reductions after the 14-day deadline will not reduce your contracted balance.
• Additional services are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Changes to the location, service time, or schedule may require additional fees.
• Travel, parking, early-start, and accommodation fees, when applicable, will be disclosed in advance.

Please ensure all bridal party members are prepared and available at their assigned service times.

Beauty Professional Availability

Your experience matters to us.

In the unlikely event that your assigned beauty professional becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, The Bridal Beauty Bar will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement.

You will be informed of any changes and given the opportunity to approve the replacement professional.

If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or the contracted service, you will receive a refund for the affected, unperformed services.

Service Satisfaction

Our beauty professionals are committed to delivering high-quality services.

We encourage clients to communicate their preferences, expectations, and concerns before and during their appointments.

Because beauty services are personalized, completed services are not automatically eligible for refunds based solely on a change of preference.

Concerns involving incomplete services, professional conduct, safety, or services materially different from those booked will be reviewed individually. Appropriate resolutions may include service adjustments, partial refunds, or full refunds.

Health, Safety & Professional Standards

The Bridal Beauty Bar is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for clients and beauty professionals.

Services may be declined or discontinued when unsafe conditions, harassment, sanitation concerns, or health-related risks prevent safe service delivery.

Any applicable cancellation charges or refund eligibility will be determined after reviewing the circumstances.

Weather & Unexpected Emergencies

If severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent an appointment from taking place, we will work to arrange a reasonable alternative or rescheduled appointment.

When services cannot be provided, refunds for unperformed services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your booking agreement.

Memberships, Packages & Special Offers

Memberships, subscriptions, prepaid packages, promotional services, and gift certificates may be subject to additional terms disclosed at purchase.

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled according to their stated cancellation procedures. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an independently scheduled beauty appointment.
